視覚的なインパクトの強かった2008年秋冬シーズンのジルサンダーの大理石柄パンツです。このシーズンのジルサンダーのコレクションは各アイテムの形状自体はオーソドックスなものでしたが、とにかく服地のインパクトが強烈でした。しかしながらこの大理石柄のように、モノトーンのような見え方をする柄が多く、大理石柄自体も上品で、シックな印象の好コレクションでした。今回掲載したアイテムはいわゆる5ポケットパンツなのですが、この型自体はランウェイショウでは使われなかったようです。ショウに登場したのはトラウザーズ型でした。
