アンソニーヴァカレロによる2023年春夏のサンローランのラストを飾ったスモーキングジャケットです。極厚の肩パッドによって肩が張った印象がありますが、サイズ実寸は決して大きくなく、サンローランの標準的なサイズ46といった印象です。アウターシェルの袖丈は64cmあるのですが、前述の肩パッドの影響で実寸より短いように感じました。デザインの特徴としては低めのゴージラインとほぼ水平になったピークドラペルが印象的です。水平のピークドラペルといえばYVES SAINT LAURENT rive gaucheの2003年春夏コレクションのダブルブレストのジャケットを思い出します。
This is the Smoking Jacket that concluded Saint Laurent’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection by Anthony Vaccarello. While the thick shoulder pads give it a broad-shouldered appearance, the actual size is by no means large, resembling Saint Laurent’s standard size 46. The sleeve length of the outer shell measures 64 cm, but due to the influence of the aforementioned shoulder pads, it feels shorter than the actual measurement. A notable design feature is the low gorge line and the nearly horizontal peak lapels, which leave a strong impression. Speaking of horizontal peak lapels, they bring to mind the double-breasted jacket from the YVES SAINT LAURENT rive gauche Spring/Summer 2003 collection.
