RAF SIMONS, that label sometimes shows collaborations with contemporary artists, was the first to collaborate with Sterling Ruby. It was the spring/summer 2010 denim series. These pants appeared in the Fall/Winter 2014 collection, which was our second collaboration. The collection was entirely made up of collaboration items, and it was worth seeing. The items featured this time are trousers with a simple camouflage pattern, in addition to the band with lettering on the waistband.
コンテンポラリーアート作者とのコラボレーションをラベルに表すことがあるラフシモンズですが、スターリングルビーとの共作が最初でした。それは2010年春夏のデニムシリーズでしたが、このパンツが登場したのは2014年秋冬コレクションでした。全面的にコラボレーションアイテムで構成されたコレクションで見応えがありましたね。今回掲載するアイテムはウエストバンドにレタリングが施されたバンドがあしらわれているほかはシンプルなカモフラージュ柄のトラウザーズです。
