COMMENT
These are the 2007AW jeans from RAF BY RAF SIMONS, which was RAF SIMONS’ casual line. It’s flashy and cool, but it has a big problem: this coating is sensitive to water, and when it’s washed with water, it becomes glittery and peels off. I once washed it in my parking lot, and a creek of glitter formed. At the time, there was not just one coating method for coated jeans, and the single-color silver model had a colorless silicone-like coating on a gray textile, which was washable and was very useful. The model posted this time was sealed unused after drying. It seems to be stable if it is dry.
ラフシモンズのカジュアルラインであったラフバイラフシモンズの2007年秋冬のジーンズです。派手ながら格好良いのですが、大きな問題点がありまして、このコーティングは水に弱く、水洗いするとラメとなってどんどん剥がれ落ちるのです。昔自宅の駐車場で水洗いしてみたことがあったのですが、ラメの川ができました。当時のコーティングジーンズのコーティング手法は一通りではなく、シルバー単色のモデルはグレー地に無色のシリコンのようなコーティングが施されており、それは洗濯OKで大活躍してもらいました。今回掲載したモデルは乾かした後、未使用のまま封印しておりました。乾燥していれば安定するようなのですが、残念です。
